I am writing this blog thinking about the U.S. Independence Day that is coming up on July 4th. Thinking about the fathers of our country and the courage and commitment it took to sign the document, we call the Declaration of Independence, because for them it was literally freedom or death.

First we need to ask a few questions. Are you happy with your current financial situation? Do you have a job or business and are you happy with it? (Do you really love doing it?). Do you commute to and from work and do you like it? Is your life where you want it to be now and is it going to be in 1, 5 or 10 years? Are you donating as much to charity as you would like? Is there something that you would like to do for or with your family that you cannot, due to lack of resources and/or time?
