I have heard Jim Rohn say it best, “become a friend, become a leader, in that order.”
If you are old enough to remember the television show “Cheers” I’d like to use the show theme song to describe what you will experience as a member of the Empower Network, when you join our team.

After using a theme song about a show that takes place in a bar, it is going to seem odd that I am talking about Alcoholics Anonymous, but sometimes a little controversy is a good way to get a point across.
I recently read a study about AA, you may be a member or know someone who is, it could be called the most successful recovery group of all time and the article examined why and how?
This is what it said “Despite all that we have learned over the decades about psychology, neurology and medicine nothing works better than Alcoholics Anonymous.”
How does it work?
“Individuals who were encouraged to cut down on their drinking by fellow Alcoholics Anonymous members were three times more likely to be abstinent a year after their first treatment for alcoholism, compared to individuals who received no support.”

“Empower Network” is new and has had some success in a short period of time, but can in no way to be compared to this incredible organization that has helped millions and saved countless lives over its history.
Good companies and great leaders learn from the successes of others and we can gain so much wisdom by examining Alcoholics Annonomous also know as a twelve step program.
Empower Network currently has tens of thousands of members, soon to be hundreds of thousands with the possibility of millions.
The leaders of empower network understand that this kind of growth can only be experienced with sponsorship and leadership at every level.
Including one on one mentoring and small group coaching. Every member is encouraged to become a leader and pay forward the overwhelming value that comes from a group of sincerely caring and sharing men and women.
Empower Network uses tiny steps and makes it easy, but easy does not mean without hard work.
Like Alcoholics Anonymous, those who choose to join, become a part of something that works, but the success comes from the discipline and hard work of the individual to set and achieve goals one day at a time.
AA members have to wake up every day with one high priority goal, to stay sober and then build their life around that.
So if you are blessed not to have an addiction, you have a choice of what your one high priority goal will be each day, make it a great day.
Too many people have a goal just get through the day…every day is a blessing make the best of it, do something good, better yet do something GREAT!
Many of us only have arena type relationships where we gather and celebrate with large groups of people, but when the celebration is over everyone goes their separate ways and no bonds are formed.
